Can I check out as a guest, or do I need to create an account?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account will give you access to a host of benefits! What is your shipping timeframe?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed for shipping on the next business day.
Ground Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days once your order has been shipped.
Expedited Shipping guarantees next-day delivery after your item has been processed, though please note that processing may take additional time.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We encourage you to order a free sample before placing your order to ensure you are purchasing the product you want. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis (i.e., if the product is damaged during shipping). Products cannot be returned if they’ve been installed, as installation constitutes acceptance of the goods. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we want to hear from you. What if my order arrives damaged?
If you find damaged material when your order arrives, please take photos and document the damage. Promptly notify Formica Group Customer Service at 1-800-FORMICA™ (367-6422) ext 6 or consumer.relations@formica.com to discuss shipment of a replacement product.

What is the difference between Grade 12 and Grade 20?
Grade 20 is well-suited for vertical applications that require less impact-resistance. This grade is ideal for applications like backsplashes, walls, and cabinet doors.
Grade 12 is well-suited for horizontal applications that require greater durability and impact-resistance. This grade is ideal for applications like countertops, tabletops, and work surfaces.
Are there Formica® Laminate stores?

Do you offer guidance on how to install Formica® Brand products?
Formica® Laminate offers you an affordable surfacing solution, especially if you install our laminate yourself. Do you sell other products needed for installation (glue, board, j-rollers, etc.)?

What are your shipping options?
Formica Group ships via FedEx standard ground, which usually arrives at your doorstep in 3-5 days, while samples ship via USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout according to the size of your order. Expedited shipping may incur additional costs.
